** Rate quoted is for two persons.

One-time cleaning fee $90. For stays 3 weeks or longer a mid-stay light cleaning will be arranged. For those preferring additional housekeeping support please inquire.

GE and TA Taxes will be applied to the total. Tax rate is 12.42% until July 1, 2010. On July 1, 2010 rate becomes 13.42%
Reservations are secured with a 25% deposit and reconfirmed w/ final payment received on Full Payment due date.

Payment forms accepted are VISA, MasterCard and personal bank check. Sorry, no Cashiers' Checks. All payments made by personal bank check must be received by owner at least 45 days prior to arrival date and must include an additional $300 for damage/security deposit.

Damage/Security Deposit may be assessed/charged for excessive cleaning upon departure.

This is Strictly a Non-Smoking Unit, fine may be assessed for violation.

* Cancellations. There is a $100 administrative fee deducted from refunds for any cancellation. If cancellations are made less than 90 days prior to arrival for Peak Season or less than 60 days prior to arrival for Off-Peak Season, owner will attempt to re-rent the unit and shall refund on a prorated basis rental from days re-rented.

** Additional persons strictly by exception and requires additional fee of $10/night. Additional persons will be charged at higher rate if not informed at time of reservation.
