Minimum Stay 4 nights during Off-Peak Season, 7 nights during Peak Season

Rate quoted is for two persons. Additional persons only by exception and there will be additional fee of $10/night.

One-time cleaning fee $80

11.42% GE and TA Taxes applied to the total.

Reservations secured with a 25% deposit, full payment required 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must occur 90 days prior to arrival for full refund. If inside the cancellation period, refunds will be made if the unit can be re-rented. A $100 administrative fee is non-refundable.

Non-Smoking Unit, fine may be assessed by property management for violation.
